This is a large burned beam sample found in Locus 3 of T22. The locus is inside an LB room, but the beam was not found on a floor of any sort. The remains appear not to be big enough for dendro. The beam was found at the end of the clay tube-shaped feature, but considerably below it, at an elevation of 2296.63, when the clay feature is at a level of 2196.98. The sample was taen at 168 cm from the N baulk and 120 cm from the former W baulk (which will eventually then be 2 m + 120 cm from the W baulk.
