This is a black "jar stopper" found in or just below the wash layer of T22, in no particular context. ANother "jar stopper" was found near it as well, though with no clear association besides sheer proximity. It is 14.7 g in weight; 3.2 cm in diameter; 1.1 cm in width/thickness.
