Place: Ar/Ge.T44.25

This context refers to the area immediately north of the NE corner of W01 and north of locus 20. It is a compact, dark brown matrix that differs considerably from the bedrock exposed to the north and south. This area contained a rich amount of ceramic vessel fragments, bone, and obsidian. The vessel fragments were distinctly large and all EB. In further exploration we will consider if this is also a pit.
