This locus (declared 7/17/10) consists of the remaining overburden/wash at the level of Locus 5, a dark loamy matrix, in operation WSAD. This locus extends from the eastern corner to the southern corner, and into the central part of the trench on the SE side of the ramp. There is a lot of large rockfall in this locus, as well a significant amount of smaller rocks. See notebook for elevations/measurements (given is center).
