This feature is the \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"trough\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" along the NW wall of WSS1&2. The matrix inside was remarkably dark and rich, silty, like a wash level, but that might have been the result of the significant rain the night before we dug it. Still, we were able to screen and very little material emerged.
