A black burnished spout protome of a bull (most likely). One eye is virtually fully preserved, the other lacks the two arcs that encircle the top of the eye, but the eye itself is present. The eyes themselves are on the sides of the head, the lines defining eyebrows span the side and top of the head. Two flaring nostrils at either end. The diameter of the spout opening is 5.25-5.50 mm. The diameters of the eyes are 5.6.07 and 5.92. The are defined through encircling incision with a pointed tool. The head of the beast is quite rectangular in section at the snout. Eventually, home to Dremmel for INAA, or otherwise XRF.
