Place: Ar/Ge.T44.18

This locus refers to the collapse context in front of W01, the north-south terrace wall. The stones range from 20-50 cm in size and were found in a haphazard arrangement. Most of the stones were not resting horizontally. Amidst an incredibly high density of cultural materials, they were disorganized often resting atop one another. The associated soil matrix was semi-compact brownish grey. It was well sorted and in many areas appears to be situated on top of bedrock. We had hoped a floor would be under this context, but this does not seem to be the case.
